Leveraged ADs & Income Terms and Conditions
AGE Limit
You agree that you are the age of 18 or older.
Term
The Regular advertising fee is for a term of 1 Year from posting or renewal.
The term for TESTERS is 90 days, and CANNOT be renewed. Testers are "locked" into Tester status for 90 days.
Commissions
No minimum requirements for payment.
The commissions for Tester Members are described on the Tester's Page, for both Testers and Regular advertisers
Each Regular ADSpot holder will be paid $100 commission each time a new Regular PAID member joins, renews, pays, and moves your ad from it's current spot. That commission expires once your ad moves from AdSpot #5.
1 Year Renewal payments are distributed to active members at the same rate as the original.
The Maximum commission is $600 USD per calendar (fiscal) year,
until a completed and signed W-8 (non-US Citizens), or W-9 (U.S. Citizens), is on file with LAD15.
We have them available, when needed. No commission limit after that.
Overides or "roll-ups" are only available to Regular members when a Tester is not entitled to the full commission available, the overide (or excess commission) will go to the next Regular member, in addition to their entitled commission, if any.
As an example only: Adspot #1, 2 & 3 are Testers. #4 is a Regular Annual Member. #1 attracts a NEW Paid Regular ($600) advertiser/member. #1, 2 & 3 are entitled to a $20 (Tester's) Commission.
#4 would get their normal $100 commission, but would also get the $80 left over (NOT paid out) from #1, 2, & 3.
So #4's total commission for that sale would be $340 ($100 + $3 x $80). #5 would get their normal commission.
If, in the unlikely event that all 5 were Testers, we would find the next in line active Regular member (no longer on that page), and send them $400 (5 x $80).
DO NOT COPY/PHOTOGRAPH COMMISSION MAILINGS/CHECKS. This includes video, photo, or any other way to distribute our mailing/banking information publicly. Your account will be immediately terminated, for doing so.
Violators may also be assessed damages up to $100,000.00 USD for restitution and restoration of LAD15's Account(s).
We do not want to suspend/delete anyone's account. We DO want to minimize fraud and/or theft for all our members.
Member Accounts
You agree to only create 1 account.
You
cannot create any account using the USER ID or PASSWORD
of "Admin" "Administrator" or any and all versions of
inferring you are the company.
Your account will be terminated for doing
so.
EMAILS
By
joining Leveraged ADs & Income YOU AGREE TO RECEIVE EMAILS
FROM Leveraged ADs & Income & LAD15.com. Please add this email
address to your address book and mark all emails
from Leveraged ADs & Income as NOT SPAM. This is to
ensure all members get website updates, commissions,
info, etc.
No Autoresponders or Bounced Emails
are allowed
If your email address bounces or sends back to LAD15 a message with an autoresponder, you risk having your account deleted. Once your account is deleted you will have to contact ADMIN to see if reinstatement of your account is possible. All referrals and COMMISSIONS may be lost if your account is deleted.
Posting Text Ads
Liability
Leveraged ADs & Income is a promotional marketing
tool
used to help members
promote their offers, and that of others, on the
Internet. Leveraged ADs & Income does not
make any promises written or implied as to the amount of
money that can be
made from Leveraged ADs & Income or any results from your advertisement(s).
It is your responsibility to make sure
your links, email and mailing addresses are correct.
Commission
payments made to the wrong name or address is your
responsibility.
Keep your information updated, as needed, in the Member's Area, or by postal mail.
Policies
All
policies,
rules and regulations are the final decision of
Leveraged ADs & Income. We reserve the right to
modify, add or change any policies
as we deem necessary at any time. All members agree that
they will not hold
Leveraged ADs & Income liable for any items or policies
within this program.
Keep it respectful. Treat others and this site as you want others to treat you, and all will be good with the world.
Refunds
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR LAD15.com's ADSpots or Initial Setup Fee. ($600 Total)
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR Annual Renewals. ($600 Total)
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR LAD15.com's Tester Package. ($120 Total)
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR LAD15.com's Tester to Regular Package. ($480 Total)
Monthly Fee
LAD15 has no monthly fee.
You will NEVER be "billed" or sent an invoice for a monthly fee.
Annual renewals are your responsibility.
We may send you a reminder via email, but it remains YOUR responsibility even if we do NOT remind you.
Privacy Policy
LAD15 only stores the information necessary for your ad and sponsorship to work correctly, online.
All personally identifiable information (PII) is "hard copy" secured in our offices (not on this website).
We NEVER collect credit card information. We will NEVER ask for money via text or phone.
We do collect hard copies of IRS Form W-9 or W-8 when necessary to comply with the law.
It's "old-school", but it works for our purposes, and yours. We treat privacy as extremely important.
Express disclaimer of consequential damages
In no event will Leveraged ADs & Income, its suppliers, or any third parties mentioned on our website be liable for
(i) any incidental, consequential, indirect or other damages (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of programs or information, and the like) arising out of the use of or inability to use the service, or any information, or transactions provided on the service, or downloaded from the service, or any delay of such information or service. Even if our website or its authorized representatives have been advised of the possibility of such damages,
or
(ii) any claim attributable to errors, omissions, or other inaccuracies in the service and/or materials or information downloaded through the service.
Because some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you. In such states, liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law, resulting in the smallest dollar amount permitted for the aggregate liability for both our website and affiliated parties for a claim deriving from or related to our website. This is in place of any and all other remedies otherwise available.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall treated as though executed, set in force, and performed in Washoe County, Nevada, USA. Accordingly, it shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Nevada in terms of those applicable to agreements, without regard to conflict of law principles.
SPAM
Leveraged ADs & Income has a zero tolerance for spam. Anyone caught spamming (including Email, Text or Phone) will be deleted from the program and is subject to civil and criminal prosecution including up to $50,000 in fines. If you are to include Leveraged ADs & Income's name or URL in any email promotion, please only email to your own "double-optin" subscribers. Safelists are allowed as well as downline/upline mailing programs.
The following are grounds for termination of your account:
To send unsolicited emails, texts, or via telephone to anyone that
is
not on your own personal double-optin list.
If this
does not make sense to you, then do not include
promotions for
Leveraged ADs & Income in emails.
To
falsify
user information provided to
Leveraged ADs & Income or to other
users of the service in connection
with Leveraged ADs & Income, or any of it's
other sites.
To use the Leveraged ADs & Income name,
URL, or your link to same, via purchased commercial
bulk email lists is PROHIBITED.
Leveraged ADs & Income considers the above practices to constitute abuse of our service and of the recipients of such unsolicited mailings and/or postings who often bear the expense. Therefore, these practices are prohibited by Leveraged ADs & Income terms and conditions of service. Engaging in one or more of these practices will result in termination of the offender's account.
Nothing contained in this policy shall be construed to limit Leveraged ADs & Income actions or remedies in any way with respect to any of the foregoing activities.
Leveraged ADs & Income reserves the right to take any and all additional actions it may deem appropriate with respect to such activities, including without limitation taking action to recover the costs and expenses of identifying offenders and removing them from the program.
In addition, Leveraged ADs & Income reserves at all times all rights and remedies available to it with respect to such activities at law or in equity.
We use IP tracking devices. Any user that is found to blatantly violate this agreement will be banned from the program indefinitely and may be subject to civil and criminal prosecution.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We may also make changes to these rules, regulations, and policies at any time.
We, collectively, are building something worthwhile. Treat it as such, and it may reward all of us for years to come.
By becoming a Member of Leveraged ADs & Income, you agree to all of the above terms and conditions.
