Payments in CASH over $10,000 will be mailed in multiple packages per postal and courier requirements.
Over $10,000 payments may be made in several checks, but on the same time schedule.
Each Regular ADSpot holder will be paid a $100 commission (minimum) each time a new PAID $600 member joins, pays, and moves your ad from it's current spot (displacement), and is then automatically moved to the next spot at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE (except spot 5).
That commission expires once your ad moves from AdSpot #5, on that particular page(s).

All advertisers/members are considered independent sales agents, and no taxes are withheld from commissions.
Paying Your Taxes (if any) is your personal responsibility.

***Commission totaling greater than $600 USD in a calendar year will be held until a completed and signed W-8 (non-US Citizens), or W-9 (U.S. Citizens), is on file with LAD15. We have them available, when needed. It's The Law.
You can send it in when your first sign up and mail your payment (by simply clicking on the form above that you need), or wait until you have money waiting.

How and when are commissions paid?

Commissions are paid by check, cash, or money order (depending on amount due) on Tuesday (see schedule above).
It is each members responsibility to insure that their name, contact email, and mailing address are correct in the "Member's Area" or on file with LAD15 BEFORE commissions are sent.
Larger amounts ($1,000 +) may be eligible for Direct Deposit. (USA Only)
Contact Us if you have a special request (ie signature required, Western Union, etc.).
Fee may apply for special requests, deducted from commissions.

Why are Cash, Check or Money Order the only accepted payment forms?

The main reasons are:
#1. Credit cards and payment processors can reverse charges, close down, or freeze accounts. Cash cannot.
Therefore fraud is minimized. (Checks must have imprinted address matching your account.)
#2. Most online processors do not allow anything that resembles a multiple layered system.
LAD15 pays 5 people ("MULTI"), and they frown on that!
#3. LAD15, does not need CREDIT/Debit card information, so you know there are no upgrades or hidden charges.
#4. No card or account information to hack.
#5. No new members spending money that they Do Not Have to join.
#6. We want people to free themselves from debt, not to go deeper into it.
#7. Mailing and parting with cash is harder, and only those who will work harder to succeed, will participate.
#8. You get ALL of your money. CC processors keep 2-5%, meaning less money for you, while making the RICH Richer.

How do I pay the renewal fee ($600) AFTER the 1st year?

The 1st year is included in your initial $600 payment.
After your 1st year, you can choose for a renewal to be deducted from your commissions due (Recommended Way),
or send it in.
Our suggestion is: "If you can't make something as simple as advertising pay off in a year - QUIT !"
So no one should ever need to pay a Renewal FEE out of pocket.
But, for some, there may be unforeseen circumstances that prevented them from marketing, and do want to continue.
For those few individuals, we will accept mailed cash payments to renew for another year.
OR they can simply sign up under a new member! (with a different email/username).
There ARE NO REFUNDS.
Renewal Fee commissions will be the same as the original for all active members. (see above)

What do you mean by "Accidental Millionaire"?

You show your custom page to 1,000 people who might be interested in your product/service or plan.
YOUR AD in the #1 spot.
Those who are interested will click through to your site. That's your real goal. Get more customers.
But, some may not be interested in your ad, or even any of the other 4, but they might want to gain exponential exposure to THEIR product/service or plan, and buy into our unique advertising plan.
And you may end up as an "Accidental Millionaire" regardless of whether or not your ad attracts enough new business.

Do You Give Out My Email?

NO. Your info is secure. Personal Info is only stored in our offices, on paper.
Only the info needed to post and track your ad and commissions are stored online.
ZERO financial information is taken to minimize hacking threats.
If you want, or want to give out, contact information, you may contact other advertisers THROUGH THEIR AD(S).
THE AD MAY OR MAY NOT lead you to a way to contact them (i.e. FB Page, YT Channel, Auto responder, etc). That's an individual choice by each advertiser.
This is NOT a list builder. It's an advertising and income builder.
However, you may use YOUR AD as a list builder, if you choose, by having your ad go to a lead capture page.

What is The Overide Commission?

On March 1st, 2021, we initiated a "TESTER" way for people who don't yet have $600,
or trust in mailing cash to strangers, a way to "TEST" our system.
For 20% ($120) they can advertise with us for 90 days. Since they only paid 20%, they only get 20% commissions (or $20) from Full Price Regular advertising sales.
Testers are "LOCKED" into the Tester program for their 1st 90 days to mitigate fraud and misuse.
It would not be fair to have people paying $600 and people paying $120 get the same benefits.
If they bring on a new Tester, that helps us all get our messages out to more people.
Regular and Testers get a $20 commission from new Tester sign ups.
Where the overides come in, is when a Tester brings in a NEW PAYING $600 Regular advertiser/member.
Since the Tester is only entitled to a $20 commission, that leaves an extra $80 in commissions on the table. Since we were founded on the WEalthShare principle, the only reasonable thing to do, was let the next Regular member have the excess commission(s).

We pay out $500 on every $600 sale/membership. We pay out $100 on every $120 Tester sale/membership.

As an example only: Adspot #1, 2 & 3 are Testers. #4 is a Regular Annual Member. #4 Got 3 $20 commissions as those 3 signed up, not the usual $100 each.
#1 attracts a NEW Paid Regular ($600) advertiser/member. #1, 2 & 3 are entitled to a $20 (Tester's) Commission. #4 would get their normal $100 commission, but would also get the $80 left over (NOT paid out) from #1, 2, & 3.
So #4's total commission for that sale would be $340 ($100 + $3 x $80), making up what she/he had originally not recieved. #5 would get their normal commission. If, in the unlikely event that all 5 on that page were Testers, we would find the next in line active Regular member (no longer on that page), and send them $400 (5 x $80).
When any of the Testers decide to become Regular Members/advertisers, and pay the difference, the original 5 on the page they signed up from will get the other $80, they are entitled to IF they are also Regulars at the time of the payment. It's a clear case of Everybody wins, and nobody is forced to bite off more than they can chew!
